Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Bunk3r, a sales-operations dashboard provided as a hosted service. By using it you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

The service

Bunk3r reads data from third-party systems you connect and presents it back to you as reporting. It is a reporting tool: it does not send messages, run campaigns, take payments, or make changes in the systems it reads. Access to the systems you connect is read-only and limited to the minimum each integration requires.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for what happens under your account. Organisation owners control who is invited and what they can see. Tell us promptly at support@bunk3r.ai if you believe an account has been compromised.

Your data

Data you connect remains yours. We process it to provide the service and for no other purpose — see the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to connect the data you connect, including any consent your own customers are owed. You may export or delete it at any time; see Data deletion.

Third-party systems

Bunk3r depends on services it does not control — Close, Stripe, Meta and Hyros among them. Those providers set their own terms, rate limits and availability, and may change or withdraw access. Where a source is unavailable or its data is incomplete, figures derived from it will be incomplete too. The product shows the age and health of each connection so you can judge that for yourself.

Accuracy

Bunk3r reports what its sources report. Where those sources disagree with one another, or a record is missing information, the product says so rather than silently guessing. It is a reporting tool and not a system of record, and it is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Do not use it as the sole basis for paying commission or filing anything — check it against the underlying system first.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running and to sync data regularly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may take it down for maintenance, and we will avoid doing so during business hours where we reasonably can.

Fees

Fees, billing period and notice are set out in your order or agreement with us. Unless that document says otherwise, fees are payable in advance and non-refundable for the period already begun.

Ending it

You may stop using Bunk3r at any time and ask for your organisation to be deleted. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, does not pay, or puts the service or other customers at risk. On termination we delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

The service is provided as-is, without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell account owners by email before it takes effect, and continued use afterwards means acceptance.
