Data deletion
Last updated 30 August 2026You can have data held by Bunk3r deleted at any time. There are three levels, depending on how much you want removed.
Disconnect one source
An organisation owner can disconnect any source — Close, Stripe, Meta or Hyros — from Settings → Connections inside the app. Disconnecting immediately stops all further reading from that source, revokes the stored credential, and deletes the data we hold from it. Data from your other sources is unaffected.
For Meta specifically, you can also remove Bunk3r’s access from your own Business Manager, under Business Settings → Ad Accounts → Assigned Partners. That stops access at the source. Email us afterwards if you also want the already-imported advertising data erased.
Delete your user account
Write to support@bunk3r.ai from the address you sign in with, asking to delete your account. We remove your login, your membership of any organisation, and the record of your activity within 30 days. Business data belonging to organisations you were a member of is not affected — it belongs to those businesses, not to your login.
Delete an entire organisation
An organisation owner can write to support@bunk3r.ai asking for the organisation to be deleted. We confirm the request with the owner, then permanently delete everything held for that organisation — leads and their contact details, deals, payments, advertising data, stored credentials, memberships and audit records — within 30 days. This cannot be undone, and we do not keep an archive copy.
What to include
- The email address you sign in with.
- The organisation name, if you are asking about a whole organisation.
- Which of the three above you want.
We reply to confirm before deleting anything irreversible, and again once it is done. If you have not heard from us within three working days, send it again — a request that went unanswered has not been received.
Backups
Deleted data may persist in encrypted database backups for up to 30 further days, after which those backups expire and it is gone. It is not restored or used during that window except in the event of recovering the database from a failure.
