bunk3r

Sales operations for high-ticket floors

High ticket. High pressure. Full visibility.

Your CRM, your payment processor and your ad accounts disagree about how the month is going. Bunk3r joins them, and shows you which one is right.

The numbers reconcile, or they explain themselves

Most dashboards show you a total. The useful question is what is missing from it — and that is the part everything else leaves out.

Every figure accounts for itself

A leaderboard that does not sum to the org total is worse than no leaderboard, because somebody will trust it. Bunk3r reconciles the two and names the difference — payments with no person attached, deals with no closer, calls whose outcome was never logged — so a gap is a fact you can act on instead of a number you quietly stop believing.

One vocabulary per client

Every floor names its stages differently. Bunk3r maps each organisation's own labels once, so nothing in the product has to guess what a status means.

Cash, not contracts

Contracted value and collected cash are different numbers and get different words. Where a payment processor is connected, collected means settled.

Speed to lead, honestly

Measured from when the CRM says the lead arrived, never from when Bunk3r first saw it, so a backfill cannot look like an instant response to a year of old leads.

What Bunk3r reads, and why

Every connection is read-only and scoped to the minimum each integration needs. Credentials are encrypted at rest, and every use of one is recorded.

Meta

Ad spend and delivery, read only

Spend, impressions, clicks and reach, at account and ad level, through the Marketing API. Used to compute return on ad spend and cost per lead against revenue the CRM reports. Bunk3r never creates, edits or pauses a campaign — it requests ads_read and nothing more.

Close

Leads, opportunities and calls

Leads, opportunities, booked meetings and activity. This is where pipeline, close rate and the closer leaderboard come from.

Stripe

Payments as they settle

Charges, invoices and refunds, so collected cash is what actually cleared rather than what a deal was signed for.
